Butter Chicken Recipe – Classic & Better

Butter Chicken got a well popularity as a Dinner. It is most popular in India. It’s creamy shape & tasty flavour is the major secret of its popularity but It’s shape & flavour comes from a great Chicken Butt recipe. Today, I share my personal Butter Chicken Recipe. But that is necessary to know Butter Chicken Ingredients.
Ingredients for Butter Chicken:
Butter Chicken expands in three proper steps.
Marination Ingredients:
- 2 kg boneless chicken
- 1 spoon Garlic and ginger paste
- 3 spoon yogurt
- 2 spoon Kashmiri Red chilli
- 1 spoon regular Red chill
- 2 spoon coriander powder
- 1 spoon Cumin powder
- 1 spoon Garam Masala
- ½ spoon black pepper
- 1 spoon salt
- sprinkle little red food colour
Butter chicken Curry Ingredients:
- 2 spoon Oil
- 1 spoon Butter
- 2 medium size onion well chopped.
- 2 (10 pieces) Garlic and ½ Ginger
- 10 pieces of Cashew nuts
- 3 Tomatoes well chopped
- ½ Spoon salt
- 2 spoon kashmiri Red chilli
- 2 spoon coriander powder
- 1 spoon Turmeric powder
- 1 spoon Garam Masala
- 1 spoon Mauthi
Roast chicken Ingredients:
- 3-4 spoon oil
- 1 spoon Butter
- Add marinated Chicken pieces
Prep of Butter Chicken ingredients:
- 3-4 spoon oil
- 1 spoon Butter
- little well chopped green coriander
- 1 spoon Kashmiri Red chilli
- Blend paste curry
- Add Fried chicken pieces
- Add Fresh milk cream
- 1 spoon Muthi
- 1-2 spoon Butter
- 1 spoon sugar
[Note Note: Sugar for balancing spices taste or reducing bitterness]
Butter Chicken Recipe
Today I am sharing my personal Butter Chicken Recipe. I gain good fame by butter chicken recipe. I hope you like it.
Chicken Marination :
Step 1:
First of all, we Take a bowl and add 1 kg boneless chicken (cutted in medium pieces).
Step 2:
Now add ingredients:
- 1 Table spoon of garlic, ginger paste
- 3 spoon yogurt
- 1 spoon red chilli
- 2 Kashmiri red chilli
- 2 spoon coriander powder
- 1 spoon cumin powder
- 1 spoon Garam Masala
- ½ spoon Black pepper
- 1 spoon regular salt
Step 3:
Now sprinkle red food colour and mix all ingredients perfectly. Store chicken pieces in freezer for 4-5 hours.
For prep Butter chicken curry:
Step 1:
Take a pan, add 2 spoon oil and 1 spoon of Butter. Now add 2 medium sized well chopped onion. Fry it until its colour changes to light brown.
Step 2:
Now add ingredients :
- 2 ( 10 pieces) garlic and ½ ginger,
- 10 pieces of cashew nuts
- Add 3 nicely cutted Tomatoes.
- ½ Spoon salt
- 2 spoon of Kashmiri red chilli
- 2 spoon coriander powder
- 1 spoon Turmeric powder
- 1 spoon Garam Masala
- 1 spoon Mauthi
Mix them properly and add 2 cups of water and mix again Cover the pan for 10-15 minutes [ on low to medium flame]

Roast chicken:
Step 1:
Take a frying pan, add 3-4 spoons of oil and 1 spoon of Butter. Melt butter on high flame. When Butter expands and hot at high flame. Take chicken pieces from freezer and start frying and arranged chicken pieces on Frying pan.
Step 2:
Fry side 5-6 minutes on one side. when you looks colour of chicken pieces changed, then flip the chicken pieces. Fry perfectly 5-6 minutes on other side.
[Note: Don’t cover the Frying pan during roast chicken pieces]
Mix Butter chicken in Mixer Grinder:
Take butter chicken curry from pan and add in mixer grinder. Now blend gravy properly.
Prep of Butter chicken:
Step 1:
Take a pan, add 3-4 spoons of oil and 1 spoon of butter. Melt butter on low flame. when butter expands, add well cutted green coriander, 1 spoon mauthi and 1 spoon red chilli. Mix it gently.
Step 2:
Now add blended curry in it. Mix it properly. Fry it properly and cover pan at low flame. When oil vapours comes up, mix it again and add fried chicken pieces in it. Now add Fresh milk cream, 1 spoon of kasori mauthi powder and mix it perfectly.
Step 3:
Now add 1-2 Table spoons of butter. Mix properly, add 1 spoon of sugar for balancing that all spices.
[Note: Sugar reduces the bitterness of butter chicken]
Step 4:
Now cover again and leave it for frying for 10 minutes at low to medium flame. Now dish out your Butter chicken and sprinkle little cream on it.
Now your butter chicken is ready to eat. Enjoy it!
