- 1 red onion, sliced into half-moon crescents
- 2 spoons limo chile or red chilli, chopped
- Juice of 20 small lemons
- 1 spoon chopped cilantro (coriander) leaves
- 2 to 3 ice cubes
- 1/2 sweet potato, boiled and sliced
- 1 corncob, well cooked, kernels removed
- 4 6-ounce white fresh fish fillets (such as sole, croaker, red snapper or grouper)
- 3-4 pinch of Salt
- White Pepper

Today I share my personal Ceviche Recipe, By which I enjoy whole day with delicious Ceviche. I hope you also love it.
Step 1:
First of all, Take a bowl, add fresh fish pieces and sprinkle 2-3 pinch of salt. Mix it well. Then add white pepper and mix again. Now add well chopped red chilli & mix again, Add lemon juice (20 pieces) and mix it well.
Step 2:
When colour of fish change little white, then add coriander ( cilantro) leaves & mix it well. Now add 2-3 ice cubes and mix again. Add well cutted onions and mix again. Add little more salt, pepper and coriander leaves.
Last Step:
Now serve it in plate with boiled 3 sweet potatoes and little corns. Your yummy and delicious Ceviche is ready to eat. Enjoy it!
