Classic Cheesecake Recipe

I love those days when I eat dessert as Cheesecake. Everyone likes to eat desserts after dinner but it is not wrong to say the most favorite and popular dessert is Cheesecake cotta. It is yummy and sweet in taste. I love its softness, taste and display art. Cheese cake is made proper by soft butter, creamy cheese and fresh milk. That’s the one of best dessert ever.

How to make cheesecake?

Cheesecake is easily cooked by follow a proper recipe. It is a very delicious dessert but making it is also little difficult, that is necessary to cook properly because a little mistake changes its beautiful display and art. So, follow my Cheesecake Recipe and make a perfect cheesecake. But first you want to know about cheesecake ingredients which helps you to make creamy cheesecake easily.

Cheesecake Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups of Gram Cracker or favourite grinned cookies
  • 1.5 cups of gram cracker
  • Cream cheese ( 120g )
  • Milk ( 100g )
  • 1/4 cup of Unsalted Butter ( 25g )
  • 2 spoon Vanilla
  • 3 Eggs
  • Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 (half) cup of sour cream

Today I share a no bake Cheesecake Recipe. Follow it step-by-step for making a best cheese cake.

Step 1:

First off, set oven to 350, so it’s nice and high. And Now Take a large bowl and add 1.5 cups or 170g of gram cracker crumbs. Or, also you grind your favorite cookies for it. Now add 2 Table spoon of granulated sugar in gram cracker. Mix it well, Now add a 1/4 cup of melted butter. Mix until it’s like a wet sandy mixture.

Step 2:

Grab a nine inch spring form pan and transfer our cookie crumbs right inside. Use your flat bottom measuring glass and create an even layer. Press a little bit up the side, probably about an inch or so.

Once your crust is nice and compressed, pop it into the oven, 350 for 15 minutes and you’ll smell when it’s ready.

Step 3:

Take a mixer, add cheese cream and mix it at medium low speed. Once your cream cheese is nice and creamy, get more delicious ingredients, 100g milk, 1 cup of granulated sugar and mixing again. During mixing, add 1/4 tsp. of salt & 2 tsp. Of vanilla. Stop mixing a while and checking its softness.

Step 4:

Continue mixing on low after you scrape the bowl down.  Stop mixer and Crack 3 eggs in a small bowl, mix them well. Continue to medium mixing and add these cracked eggs one by one. Now add one amazing ingredient, 1/2 (half) cup of sour cream.

Last Step:

When you can see a uniform mixture, Pour your batter into your cooled crust. Now get it in oven ,350 for 15 minutes, then reduce to 300 and bake for another half to 35 minutes. Leave the cheese cake for an hour at room temperature. Then chill in your fridge for six hours or up to three days.

Expert Tips:

  1. Don’t use cold cream cheese, it cause cracks in cheesecake. So, use room temp. Or little warm cream cheese.
  2. Don’t use mixer at high speed or power, it cause the formation of air bubbles in the oven.
  3. Add eggs one by one after mixing a while.
  4. Temperature of Oven last on 350.
  5. Take a cake in fridge for 3 days then your cheesecake cooked as your demand.
