Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

I love to eat soups in winter they give me a healthy boost and I like its most yummy taste. In winter, the hot waves of soup appear a most beautiful display and art. I thought 90% people love to eat soups in winter but the most favourite and delicious soup is Chicken noodle soup. That is most healthy and yummy soup ever.

It is made by curly noodles, yummy chicken pieces, fresh vegetables and some spices. In winter, it looks like a most delicious soup ever. I loves to eat it most of all other soups. It is so good. My family loves to eat chicken soup and we cook it by our special chicken noodle soup recipe.

How to make chicken noodle soup?

Key Ingredients:

  • 2 Onions ( well chopped )
  • 3 – 4 Carrots ( well chopped )
  • Rolled salad cigars ( well chopped )
  • 2 – 3 Table spoons of Olive oil
  • 1 whole smashed Garlic
  • 3 Veggie bouillon cubes
  • 3 – 4 cups of Water
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt
  • Additional Flavours
  • 1/2 (half) Kg boneless Chicken ( cut in pieces )
  • 1 packet of Noodles

Chicken noodle soup Recipe

Today, I share our family secret recipe of chicken soup with noodles. I hope you follow it for making a perfect soup. This recipe is quick, simple and painless that you easily cook in your home.

Step 1:

First of all, Cut onions in small pieces and wash your carrots in pieces. Now take salad cigars, roll it and cut in pieces. Now put a pot on medium flame then pour olive oil, onion &carrot pieces then add celery. Cook them for a few minutes until these vegetables soften up pretty good.

Step 2:

Now we’ll grab a whole garlic bulb and smash that into smaller pieces. Then add that in last couples minutes of sautéing. Now prepare broth of six cups. Take a bowl and add 3 Veggie bouillon cubes then add 1/2 cup of boil water and mix them perfectly by fork or spoon. Add it in vegetable pot then add some pepper, salt and additional flavour as you need.

Step 3:

Now take 1/2 kg boneless chicken and cut it in medium pieces. Now add this chicken in soup, boil chicken for 8 minutes. When it perfectly boiled, take it out from soup and start dismantling this chicken in very small pieces. Now take your noodles and put it in chicken noodle soup, you watch after some minutes your noodles appears smoothly in soup.

Last Step:

Now small chicken pieces in soup and mix it well. Serve your chicken noodle soup in plate. Your soup is ready to eat. Enjoy it!
