I travel many countries for quest of best chicken dish and I also try many chicken dishes. After a long time, I found best dish in New York. People said it New York fried chicken, when I taste its juicy piece of chicken then I realize my search of finding best chicken dish is over. Today I share this Fried chicken Recipe which I was take from New York chef.

In this time, I tried many chicken fried types such as chicken stir fry, chicken fried stick, chicken fries etc. They all have their own special Recipes which make their chicken more tasty and yummy. That’s not wrong to say best fried chicken cooked by proper recipe. About 80% people likes to eat chicken dishes, some liked baked chicken, chicken curry, chicken fried Rice and many other types of dishes.
How Fried Chicken cooked so Juicy & Crispy?
It cooked so juicy and crispy by some of special ingredients:
- Marinate Chicken: Marination makes chicken best for frying.

Marinate Chicken:
First you need to marinate chicken for make it juicy and yummy. Take bowl and add Sauces ( soya sauce, chilli sauce and Vinegar ), Lemon juice, Ginger powder, Garlic powder, smashed red chilli, salt, black pepper and butter creamy milk. Then marinate your chicken for 5 hours.
Dredge Chicken:
After five hour, take your chicken and making special flour with garlic and chicken powder. Then dredge your chicken fully.
Fry chicken:
Last step is to fry your baked chicken. Fry chicken properly at medium flame. Then serve your chicken in plate.

- Chicken: Medium pieces of chicken such as wings, chest, legs etc.
- Buttermilk: Milk makes pieces juicy and crispy.

Yes, you can fry your frozen chicken in air fryer. But you need to expand chicken pieces from each other, get temperature on 180° and 190° C and fry for 10 to 12 minutes.

You can fry your chicken breast for 6 to 7 minutes at one side then flip it and again fry for 5 to 6 minutes. That is necessary your frying pan flame is medium.

Ingredients
Chicken pieces
All-purpose flour: 2 cups
Sauces ( soya sauce, chilli sauce & vinegar ): 1 spoon
Spices ( salt, red chilli, Garlic, Ginger and chicken powder ): 1 Tsp.
Oil for frying: 2-3 cups
Instructions
- First of all, Take a bowl and add sauces:
1 Tbsp. of soya sauce and dark soya sauce
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. chilli sauce - Then add:
1/2 tsp. garlic & ginger powder
1 tsp. smashed Red chilli, salt and black pepper
Mix it well and add 1 cup buttermilk. - Now add chicken and mix it well. Marinate it for 5 hours in Fridge.
- After 5 hours, Take 2 cups of flour and add 1 tsp garlic, chicken powder and salt. 1 Tbsp. smashed Red chilli. Mix them well.
- Get chicken in flour mix it well and dipped in water. Then again add in flour and mix well.
- Now take a frying pan and add 2-3 cups of oil. Fry chicken for 7-8 minutes at one side then flip it and again fry for 6-8 minutes.
- After that serve your chicken in plate and eat with dip sauces. Enjoy it!
