1 kilo Basmati Rice
5 kilo water
1 cup of oil
1 kg boneless Chicken
half a pinch of white pepper & black pepper
Add fresh Vegetables ( carrots, Peas, Capsicum, Cabbage)
Add special spices and sauces ( 3-4 spoons of Soya sauce & Vinger)
A spoonful (1) of chopped garlic, ginger, white cumin
3-4 fried eggs with food colour

- Rinse Rice properly and boil them
- Prep a curry & add oil and spices
- Add finely choked Vegetables
- Add special sauces
- Add fried colourful eggs
- Mix it well & ready to eat

Fried rice recipe
In this post, I’ll share a most favourite recipe of Fried rice. That’s a most simple and easy recipe. Here, I can explain it step-by-step in very easy way. That’s best in taste and who can eat it they give back positive reviews. You can glad to know it that is very simple recipe and much favourable for you. That’s my personal recipe, I hope you also like it.
Here I cook 1 kilo rice, So ingredients that I add are relative to it. You can change it less or more as your choice.
Prep and cook rice:
- First of all, I take 4 cups ( 1 kilo) of basmati rice and clean it properly. Then soak it in water for an hour.

- After it, add 5 (five) kilo of water in pan and take a pan on high flame. Remain it until water starts boil.

- Now take out the rice from water and put it in boiled water, also add a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of oil and a little cumin and boil it.
- Cook rice until crisp or well cooked, It is important that rice cannot over-cooked if you want to cook best fried rice.
- By over-cooked, grains of rice are broken, So you want to prevent from over-cooked.
- Next step is to strain rice in a colander and cool it at room Temp.
Fry Eggs:
- Put three eggs in a plate and add color to it and beat it well. Now put oil in a pan. Add scrambled eggs and cook and cut into small pieces.
Perp of curry:
- Now take a pan on flame and put 1 cup of oil in it. After adding oil, add a spoonful of chopped garlic, ginger, white cumin, small pieces of chicken and cook until the colour of the meat changes
when the texture of the meat changes. when the texture of the meat changes. Then add ground black pepper and half a pinch of white pepper and shake it.
Add fresh Vegetables:
- Finely chopped carrots
- Peas
- Well chopped Capsicum
- Fined chopped Cabbage
After adding that vegetables, cook it for three minutes.
Prep of Fried rice:
- Now put boiled rice in a cooked curry. After put it, adding that ingredients step-by-step add special spices and sauces
- 1 spoon of pressed black pepper
- ½ (half) spoon of white pepper
- 3-4 spoons of white sauce
- 3-4 spoons of soya sauce
Now you want to add green coriander, finely chopped mint and add the coloured eggs which we cook on pan.
- After adding that all things, mix it well and get it on low flame for 3-4 minutes.

Now your veg fried rice are ready to eat. Put your fried rice in a plate and enjoy your supreme chinese rice.

- Cook eggs separately: If you’re using eggs, scramble them first and add them to the rice later to keep them fluffy.
- Don’t overcrowd the pan: Overcrowding the pan lowers the heat and makes the rice soggy. Cook in batches if necessary.
