Now-a-days, 80% people like simple pancakes for breakfast. Pancakes sweet taste & softness makes it most wanted breakfast. The classic & sweet flavour of fluffy pancakes is one of big secret for its popularity.

It is easy to make homemade pancakes. You only need to follow my simple pancake recipe. That is necessary you follow pancakes recipe  step by step.

Step 1:

First of all, Take a bowl and add ingredients for cook a homemade Pancakes.
Add:

  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1.5 Table spoon oil
  • 1 Table spoon vanilla essence.

Now, mix them properly.

Step 2:

After mixing them add 1 cup of Flour [that is necessary for pancakes], and 1 Table spoon Baking powder. Mix until you get smooth batter. when it mix well, Take a frying pan on low flame. Sprinkle little oil and take 1/8 cup (2 tbsp) batter on frying pan.

Last Step:

Wait until bubble formation Stop, Flip it over and wait 1.5-2 minutes. Now Take your homemade pancake on plate. Use Butter and Maple syrup for additional Taste.
