Chicken Alfredo got a well popularity as a Pasta/Noodles. It is most popular in Europe & Asia. Now-a-days, everyone like to eat pasta such as Chicken Alfredo Pasta etc and want to taste its yummy and delicious Alfredo pasta. I really felt happy when we cook a Alfredo Chicken at home.
How to make chicken alfredo?
Everyone want to eat Chicken Alfredo pasta but real taste comes from Alfredo Chicken Recipe. First that is necessary to know Ingredients for chicken alfredo, which helps you to cook pasta easily.
Chicken alfredo ingredients:
- Fettuccine Pasta
- Water: For boil pasta
- Spices ( Salt, Red chilli, Black pepper, chilli sauce)
- Oil
- Full Chest Chicken ( boneless & large cut in pieces)
- Mustard Paste
- Garlic powder
- black pepper powder
- Sprinkle little oregano
- A little bit of oil
- 1 tsp. finely chopped Garlic
- 1 tsp. crushed red chilli
- ½ cup of Mushrooms
- 2 packet fresh cream
- 1 spoon of parmesan cheese powder
- 1 tsp. chicken powder
- ½ tsp. Sugar
- 1 Glass Milk
- Black olives ( cut in slices )

Today I share my personal creamy Chicken Alfredo Recipe:
Boil fettuccine pasta
Step 1:
First of all, take water on high flame for boiling. Add 1 tsp. salt and oil. Now add your fettuccine pasta boiled water. Now we’ll boil the pasta until a bite left in it. Boil pasta for 8 minutes. When it turns out so perfect, then strain it.
Marinate Chicken
Step 2:
Take a full chicken chest (boneless), cut it in large pieces and smash them with meat hammer. By doing this when we’ll grill the chicken, it’ll easily & quickly be grilled. Now we’ll take it in a bowl. With that add:
- 1 tsp. of mustard paste
- ½ tsp. of salt
- ½ tsp. of Garlic powder
- ½ tsp. of red chilli powder
- ¼ tsp. of black pepper powder
- 1 spoon of chilli sauce
- Sprinkle a bit oregano
- A little bit of oil
Mix them well. Chicken has quickly & deliciously marinated.
Grill Chicken
Step 3:
Now we’ll preheat a grill pan and add oil in it. Add chicken in preheated grill pan, we’ll let it cook from one side for 2-3 minutes after that we’ll change side of chicken and cook it from the other side but first we’ll loosen the chicken a bit. Now so much juicy chicken will be ready.

Prepare Chicken Alfredo pasta
Step 4:
Take a pan on flame and add spoon of oil in it, with add 1 spoon of finely chopped garlic and 1 tsp. of crushed red chilli. Mix it well. Now add mushrooms almost ½ cup sliced and fry them for 1-2 minutes. Now add 2 packets of fresh cream in it, mix it well and turn off the flame. With that add:
- 1 spoon of parmesan cheese powder
- 1 tsp. of chicken powder
- ¼ tsp. of salt
- ¼ black pepper powder
- ½ tsp. of sugar
Mix it well at medium flame.

Step 5:
Now add boiled fettuccine pasta in it, with that add black olives cut in slice and little bit of cheese. Add pieces of fried chicken and mix them well. Now Serve it in plate.
Now your Chicken Alfredo pasta is ready to eat. Enjoy it!
Expert Tips:
- Use Fresh, High-Quality Parmesan: For creaminess and deep flavor, make sure to use freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano. Do not use pre-shredded Parmesan, since it will not melt as smoothly.
- Sear the chicken to seal in the juices: Patent the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian spices. Sear it over high heat until golden brown, sealing in the juices, before slicing it up or adding it to the sauce.
- Pour in Warm Heavy Cream: Regular warm heavy cream only, no cold heavy cream because cold cream will cause the sauce to seize up. Heat it slightly before pouring it to the pan.
- Cook Garlic: Gently sauté minced garlic in butter over low to medium heat. Cooking it slowly prevents flavours from burning and enhances the sauce.
- Do Not Boil and Keep the Sauce at a Simmer: After the Cheese is Added If you boil the cheese you will have a stringy mess, so just allow it to come to a simmer, until it thickens up and coats the back of a spoon.
- If the sauce is too thick, then add in some reserved (hot) pasta water and use that to adjust the sauce thickness; This starch content found in pasta water will result in silkiness and adherence of the sauce to the pasta.
