Ingredients

  • 1½ cups Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice (4-5 oranges)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, packed
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1-inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • Pinch black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)


Instructions

  1. Add orange juice to blender first
  2. Add spinach and blend until completely smooth—no green chunks
  3. Add avocado, mango, banana, ginger, chia, turmeric, and pepper
  4. Blend 60-90 seconds until creamy
  5. Taste and add honey if desired. Let sit 3-5 minutes for chia seeds to expand
  6. Pour and enjoy immediately.

Notes
