- 1½ cups Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice (4-5 oranges)
- 1 cup fresh spinach, packed
- ½ ripe avocado
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks
- ½ frozen banana
- 1-inch fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- Pinch black pepper
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Add orange juice to blender first
- Add spinach and blend until completely smooth—no green chunks
- Add avocado, mango, banana, ginger, chia, turmeric, and pepper
- Blend 60-90 seconds until creamy
- Taste and add honey if desired. Let sit 3-5 minutes for chia seeds to expand
- Pour and enjoy immediately.
